Ontario Immigrant Nomination Program

There are three major Pathways identified for migration, mentioned below:-

Skilled Migration

This is for skilled or semiskilled workers. This is a points-based evaluation process. Application for this pathway is done through Online application for BC PNP followed by a paper-based application for Permanent residency. You may or may not require prior work experience. Skilled workers may have prior foreign work experience. Entry-level or semiskilled people require BC-based work experience. Recent Canadian college graduates need not have any job experience depending on the Job.

Express Entry BC

A fast way to apply for BC nomination is to apply through the Express Entry portal. It is a points-based evaluation process. Both the Application and permanent residency processes are web-based. You do not need BC work experience but you do need to have relevant job experience and education profile. To fast track your application under the EEBC-Skilled category you will need a job offer from a BC-based employer and have relevant experience and training.

Entrepreneur Immigration

This stream is beneficial for an entrepreneur who has personal and business funds to apply and actively manage a business in BC. It is a points-based immigration system. The Entrepreneur immigration- Pilot program is for an entrepreneur who wants to start a new business in participating regional communities around BC. There is option for companies who want to set up office in BC and who need residency for their employees.
